Government Contracting

<p>Through three comprehensive editions <i>Government Contracting: Ethical Promises and Perils in Public Procurement </i>has been lauded for exposing fraud incompetence waste and abuse (FIWA) and analyzing corruption mismanagement and ineptitude that defile government contracting.
